Depending on confidentiality reference checking takes place in the evaluation stage or can become a condition of an offer.

Selection
InterSource will help schedule selected candidates for interviews with the Client and collect feedback for making a final decision.

Follow-up
InterSource will notify applicants not selected and thank them for their interest and participation our process.
